Anon doc at ER implies Seth Rich was allowed to die in the hospital!!!

The details given by this emergency room doctor are so intimate and detailed that one has to wonder if WHC was complicit in the Seth Rich murder. I know, the msm will call this a conspiracy story or fake news but you have to look at the total picture. Why haven't we seen the cops body cam footage? And, why was the owner of Lou’s City Bar (where Rich often drank) at the WH 4 days prior to the shooting? If the shooting was survivable and the injuries weren't thought to be life threatening... why did Seth die? Will any other doctors at WHC come forward to corroborate this information?
